Fast to Finish was founded by Todd Brady, a seasoned entrepreneur, inventor, and industry leader with over 40 years of experience in metal stud framing and drywall. As the owner of Brady Innovations, LLC and co-founder of Hyperframe Inc., Todd brings a legacy of innovation and leadership rooted in a family construction tradition dating back to 1946.

Throughout his career, Todd has built and scaled successful businesses by prioritizing teamwork, integrity, and strong relationships. As President & CEO of Fast to Finish, he leads with a clear vision: to create a trusted, high-performance team that delivers excellence on every project.

Co-founder Bobby Stiles, a former Californian now rooted in South Florida for over a decade, brings 30 years of specialized experience in metal stud framing and drywall. Renowned for his deep knowledge of framing design and code compliance, Bobby is a true expert in his field.

He leads with precision in Estimating, Preconstruction, BIM Modeling, and Digital Twin technology, all with the goal of delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality framing solutions—done right the first time. As Vice President, Estimator, and Preconstruction Manager at Fast to Finish, Bobby’s leadership ensures every project begins with a strong foundation and a clear path to success.

Co-founder Anthony Esquivel, a longtime resident of Florida’s East Coast, brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience spanning from Palm Beach to Orlando. With deep expertise in metal framing and drywall, Anthony is both a skilled estimator and installer. His extensive field knowledge also includes familiarity with multiple trades—mechanical, electrical, and plumbing—and the critical coordination they require for project success.

Anthony has served as an on-site superintendent for more than a decade, working alongside numerous general contractors. In his current role as Operations Manager for Fast to Finish, Anthony ensures every project team is set up for success from start to finish.
